United Healthcare Speciality RX operates under the Medicare DMEPOS supplier standards (42 CFR 424.57(c)). Federal regulations permit the following abbreviated disclosure of those standards:
The products and/or services provided to you by United Healthcare Speciality RX are subject to the supplier standards contained in the Federal regulations shown at 42 CFR 424.57(c). These standards concern business professional and operational matters (e.g. honoring warranties and hours of operation). The full text of these standards can be obtained at https://www.ecfr.gov. Upon request we will furnish you a written copy of the standards.
What this means for you
In plain language, here is what you can hold us to:
- We honor all manufacturer warranties on the equipment we supply, and we handle warranty repairs and replacements for you.
- We deliver your equipment and show you how to use it safely and properly before we leave.
- We answer your questions and resolve complaints — call (732) 210-2197 during business hours and you will reach a person who can help.
